1. “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth...So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.” (Gen 1:1,27) All things belong to God and all people are beloved, valued works of His hand.
  2. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalm 147:3) Healing and restoration are the work of the Lord.
  3. Jesus said “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, and proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” (Luke 4:18-19). As His children, we are to be people who demonstrate His love and share His message of hope, freedom, and restoration.

Statement of Faith

We believe that God is who He says He is, as revealed in Holy Scripture. We believe the Bible is God’s written word to humanity and true and applicable to every part of life.
